When 762 59th was completed in 2008, it was one of the first 8 story community facility building in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn. This buildings during it's opening, housed a pharmacy on the ground floor, 3 floors of a community elementary school and other community related services throughout the rest of the building. Leeco Construction was able to complete this building with the client's limited financial capabilities in mind and structured a construction payment plan to fit the client's need. |
