This project is a combination of 2 existing 4 residential unit buildings.
This project includes a meticulous restoration of the historic facade with a vertical and horizontal expansion to maximize floor area. The existing interior wood floor structures will be replaced by new steel columns and steel beams.
Upon completion, the building will include 8 high end residential units, all of which will have direct access to landscaped outdoor space. Demolition began in June of 2013 and construction is expected to be complete in the fall of 2015. |
